About CGHII
We exist to make health data and health programmes work for the people they serve.
The Centre for Global Health Intelligence and Innovation brings together researchers, digital specialists and programme leaders who share one test for their work: did it improve health?
What we believe
Four principles behind every engagement
Outcomes before outputs
A report, a platform or a go-live is a step. The measure of success is what changes for patients and communities.
Evidence from the field
We start by listening to the people who run the system, and test what we hear against policy and published evidence.
Sustainable by design
Capability should sit with governments and health organisations, not with external partners or the next funding cycle.
Delivery, not just advice
We stay to help turn recommendations into programmes and services that people actually use.
Our people
Consultants who have delivered global health programmes and digital change, often at the same time.
Our teams bring together people who have carried out field research alongside ministries of health and national disease programmes, led national health technology programmes in the NHS, and run large-scale transformation across complex, regulated organisations.
That mix matters. The hardest programmes fail where the clinical, the operational and the technical meet, and that is exactly where we work. Every engagement is led by a senior consultant who stays with it from first conversation to final evaluation.
Global health delivery
Programmes with ministries, funders and providers in diverse health systems.
Digital and AI transformation
Strategy, platforms, data and AI, and the change needed for people to use them.
Programme and product leadership
National programmes taken from mandate to live service.
Evidence and evaluation
Researchers and analysts who make outcomes measurable and credible.
